Deputy Theodor Abreu was killed in an automobile accident.
Ted was our next door neighbor. He was a good man and a good father. I was only 7 years old when he died but I remember it like it was yesterday. I always looked up to Ted, he was one of the reasons why I went into Law Enforcement.
