Officer Down Memorial Page

Pepe, it's been 26 years since you left us, but to us it's like yesterday. You truly loved the City of San Luis and it's residents, but you cared most for it's youth. Coaching baseball little league was something that brought you so much joy. Baseball was your first love, but being an Officer was your ultimate dream. A dream that tragically ended too soon. Yes you were young but you had an old soul. We were blessed in having you for only 22 years and you made those years really count. So much so that you can still make us laugh and cry. We, your family are truly proud of you for following your dreams and for letting us be part of them. I know I will see you again and we will laugh and cry together as we used to so many years ago. Rest in Peace, I will forever Love you and Miss you.
