Thanks for your service to the citizens of San Francisco. My great-grandfather and grandfather lived in SF. I have visited there countless times. I also thank you for serving so honorably in the USMC. The island campaigns you fought in during WWII were the stuff of legend. My father was also a Korean War Veteran and the Marine campaigns you fought in there were epic, and helped make the Marine Corps legendary. You must have been a great find for SFPD. Your exploits are beyond words. Thanks for your service with SFPD, and for your valor and distinction as a Marine warrior. I hope your family are doing well.
