This inmate is responsible for the deaths of two law enforcement officers who were attempting to keep the citizens of South Carolina safe. On Tuesday, November 19, 2002, Patrolman William Bell and Deputy Sheriff Marion Wright were killed by inmate #00292367's reckless behavior as they assisted a disabled motorist. This inmate's decision to abuse drugs and get behind the wheel led to the deaths of two outstanding officers. Inmate #00292367 was sentenced to serve his sentences consecutively for a reason. I urge you to ensure he serves each day of his 20 year sentence behind bars. As a concerned citizen, and in the interest of public safety, I again respectfully ask that you DENY PAROLE to inmate #00292367.
