K9 Oozi was accidentally shot and killed in crossfire as he attempted to apprehend a suspect following a vehicle pursuit that ended at Mount Sinai Hospital in Miami Beach.
The subject had fled into Miami Beach. Oozi was released but was accidentally shot as officers opened fire on the suspect.
