Submit an Officer's Photograph

A memorial isn't complete without a photograph of each fallen officer and an image of his or her agency's patch. Displaying these items helps to preserve the perpetual memory of these brave officers by putting faces with the names and recognizing the agencies that these heroic officers served.

If you have a photograph to represent any officer who has made the ultimate sacrifice please follow the steps below to have it displayed on the Officer Down Memorial Page.

Electronically (preferred method)
You may upload a picture electronically by using the form below. Please complete each field in the form, failing to do so will prevent us from identifying which officer the picture belongs to and it will not be posted. For instructions on submitting multiple photographs at once, please visit our contact form and send a message to the General Comments selection.

U.S. Mail
Mail a reproduction or duplicate photograph to the following address. We will return all photographs that are sent to us, however, we cannot vouch for the Postal Service. To ensure that the original is not lost or damaged, please send only a reproduction or duplicate photograph to us.
