In Memory Of was written by Paul Davis, of St. Augustine, Florida, and Derik Schumacher, of Washburn, Illinois. The song and video are being used in a world wide awareness and fundraising effort to support all of the programs that Concerns of Police Survivors offer.

"Derik Schumacher's new single, In Memory Of, is a heartfelt tribute to all of America's law enforcement officers who have paid the ultimate price. The fact that Derik chose to use actual law enforcement survivors in this video, and not actors, is a testament to the purpose behind this project. I hope this song brings comfort to those who have lost a family member, a co-worker, a friend, a neighbor. They will never be forgotten, not as long as we remain to tell their story."
